Horrible service,,, appointments are not honored when requested on line or via phone in timely matter. Discussion between staff like “oh he can wait, because I just got started” Extremely difficult if requesting stylist. BAD MOVE! Go elsewhere

Hey GM, thanks for letting us know about your visit. We're sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with us. Our Online Check In system is not an appointment system but an online queue. It give an approximate time to get to the store, since haircuts can sometimes go a little long or a little quick, and adjusts the service time accordingly. We hope this clarifies how Online Check In Works and we appreciate your feedback very much.

I am writing a complaint about the haircut my son got today Sunday June 07th at 3.45pm. He showed the style he wanted but the stylist butchered his hair instead. I am so pissed. How could she pull off cutting people’s hair all this time? My son didn’t get her name but she is on a heavy side. My son is wearing glasses so the whole time his hair was being cut he couldn’t see the progress and the stylist didn’t even bother to check or show him during the haircut to see if it was ok. I am a nail tech myself so I am really disappointed with how this turned out and I would definitely will make sure nobody has to go through what my son has to go through. Pls put the right person to do the job from now on.

Taylor .h did a great job Friendly fast and efficient nice attitude great work ethic I would definitely go back to get my haircut again I think this is the best sports clips
